Empower your business with a self-trained chatbot, tailored to your specific needs. Intuitum currently offers two distinct ways to train your chatbot: by importing from the web or uploading files directly. We are constantly working to make including your data from a variety of sources as easy as possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any integrations you would like to see.
Let's dive into the step-by-step process of setting up your personalized chatbot:
Log In: Begin by logging in to your account on the Intuitum platform. You can do this by heading over to .
Select "Customize Your Chatbots": From your dashboard or the navigation bar on the left edge of the screen, click on "Customize your Chatbot".
Training Options: You will find yourself on the training page where you are able to select two different methods of including data. Data can be included from webpages, and different files such as .pdf, .doc., .docx, .txt. Click on one of the two options to get started. Data can be included from any combination of sources, including a mix of files and websites.
Option A: Import from Web
URL Input:
Input the desired website URL, ensuring it follows the format: https://www.intuitum.ai
.
Single Page or Entire Website:
Choose "Add single page" to extract information from only the provided URL.
Opt for "Add Entire Website" to scrape every page based on the site's sitemap. (Please note: This feature may not work perfectly with all websites, especially if they have restrictions in their robots.txt.)
Option B: Upload Files
Drag and Drop:
Simply drag and drop your files into the designated light gray field.
The platform currently supports file formats like .pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx, with more formats being added.
Bear in mind: Files should not exceed 10MB each, and password-protected files cannot be used for training.
Rename Files:
You can modify the name of the uploaded file. This will be reflected as the 'source name' when the chatbot references the information. Just click on the pencil icon next to the file to rename it.
Mixing Data Types: Feel free to combine methods! You can train your chatbot using both web pages and uploaded files.
Proceed to Naming:
After adding all the necessary data, click on "continue".
Assign a unique name to your chatbot for easy identification and future edits.
Initiate Training:
Once you're satisfied, hit the "Start Training" button.
While an email will notify you upon the chatbot's training completion, you can start deploying the chatbot right away. As your files get processed, its knowledge base will continually update.
With these straightforward steps, you can ensure your Intuitum chatbot is well-equipped with the precise knowledge base you desire, facilitating streamlined and efficient internal communications. Happy training!
